Job summary

Epicor seeks a Vice President of Product Management to lead a portfolio spanning Payments, QuickShip, ECM, and FP&A within our ERP platform. You will scale embedded payments across the installed base and drive a cross-sell motion with the broader portfolio.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in enterprise software product leadership, deep payments expertise, and a proven ability to translate strategy into measurable customer and business outcomes through strong cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications

15+ years' experience in progressive product management or enterprise software leadership.
Substantial leadership building and scaling payments products within a software platform or fintech context.
Deep knowledge of the payments lifecycle including onboarding, underwriting, settlement, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Set the product vision, portfolio strategy, investment priorities, and roadmap for Strategic Applications and related solutions.
Own the end-to-end Payments strategy including target segments, pricing, monetization, and partnerships.
Embed payments into core ERP workflows and optimize activation, time to value, and customer journey.
Establish a rigorous payments operating model across volume, net revenue, gross margin, and retention, driving measurable growth.
Build repeatable cross-sell motions with ERP leaders, Sales, and Marketing to expand adoption.
Partner with Engineering to strengthen integrations, data flows, and API-first capabilities.
Lead with Finance, Legal, Security, and Compliance to manage economics, risk, and regulatory obligations.
