Job summary

Epicor seeks a Vice President, Product Management to lead Strategic Applications and Payments within the ERP ecosystem, driving embedded-payments and related solutions across the installed base.

You will scale payments, define strategy, and partner across Finance, Legal, Security, Risk, Compliance, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in progressive product management or enterprise software leadership.
• Substantial, recent leadership experience building and scaling payments products or embedded-payments within a software platform, fintech, processor, acquirer, gateway, or vertical SaaS.
• Strong command of the payments lifecycle and ecosystem, including onboarding, underwriting, gateways, processing, settlements, disputes, and PCI requirements.
• Experience leading a complex B2B SaaS portfolio with technical fluency across APIs, cloud platforms, integrations, data models, security, and AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Set the product vision, portfolio strategy, priorities, and roadmap for Strategic Applications and Payments.
• Own the end-to-end Payments strategy, including pricing, monetization, GTM plans, and partnerships.
• Embed payments into ERP workflows from onboarding to settlement and support to improve activation and value.
• Establish a rigorous operating model across payments metrics, driving quarterly value delivery and growth.
• Build repeatable cross-sell motions with ERP leaders, Sales, and Marketing for adoption and expansion.
• Lead with Finance, Legal, Security, Risk, Compliance, and external partners to manage economics, fraud, PCI, and regulatory obligations.
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture to strengthen integrations and API-first capabilities while ensuring secure scale.
