Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Vice President, Product Management to lead a portfolio that extends ERP platforms with embedded payments, QuickShip, and related solutions. You will scale payments into a material embedded-payments business and drive measurable customer and business outcomes through strong partnerships across the organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in progressive product management or enterprise software leadership.
• Experience building and scaling payments products or embedded-payments within a software platform.
• Strong command of payments lifecycle, onboarding, gateways, settlement, reconciliation, and PCI requirements.
• Experience leading a complex SaaS or enterprise portfolio with technical fluency in API-based integrations and cloud.
• Commercial judgment, a profit-and-loss mindset, and executive presence.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Set the product vision and roadmap for Strategic Applications and related solutions.
• Own end-to-end Payments strategy, pricing, and go-to-market plans.
• Embed payments into ERP workflows and streamline onboarding to first transaction.
• Establish a rigorous operating model for payments performance and growth.
• Build cross-sell motions with ERP leaders, Sales, and Marketing.
• Partner with Engineering to strengthen integrations and API-first capabilities.
• Manage economics, fraud, regulatory obligations, and strategic deals.
