Job summary

Tucker Door & Trim in Albany, GA is seeking a Production & Shipping Coordinator to join our manufacturing and distribution team. This full-time, day-shift role focuses on tracking jobs in the ERP system, releasing orders, coordinating materials, and ensuring on-time deliveries.

You’ll work with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar) and Microsoft Office to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in production coordination, logistics, shipping, or manufacturing support.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track production jobs in the ERP system
• Ensure orders are released, scheduled, and moving smoothly through production
• Coordinate materials, job flow, and priorities to meet deadlines
• Create and manage production and shipping documentation
• Schedule shipments, process manifests, and track deliveries
• Resolve shipping issues (delays, damages, shortages)
• Communicate order and delivery status to customers and internal teams
