Tucker Door & Trim, a respected distributor and manufacturer of doors, windows, and millwork, seeks a Production & Shipping Coordinator to join our day shift. This full-time role requires 2+ years in production coordination, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite), and strong MS Office skills. You’ll manage production jobs, coordinate materials, schedule shipments, and keep customers informed.

We offer benefits, PTO, and 401(k) with competitive pay of $20–$25 per hour, based on experience.

Qualificações

• 2+ years experience in production coordination, logistics, shipping, or manufacturing support.
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and track production jobs in the ERP system.
• Ensure orders are released, scheduled, and moving smoothly through production.
• Coordinate materials, job flow, and priorities to meet deadlines.
• Create and manage production and shipping documentation.
• Schedule shipments, process manifests, and track deliveries.
• Resolve shipping issues (delays, damages, shortages).
• Communicate order and delivery status to customers and internal teams.
