This role focuses on configuring and using Epicor ERP to drive operational efficiency in a growing industrial environment. You will analyze current-state processes, gather requirements from multiple stakeholders, and develop documentation, training materials, and KPI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in process improvement and ERP-driven operations.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP-driven process improvements across functions.
• Analyze current workflows and define future-state processes.
• Collaborate with IT and operations to configure ERP (Epicor).
• Develop process docs, SOPs, and training materials.
• Monitor KPIs to measure impact of changes.
