You will drive Plex-based min/max setup, standardize part cataloging, and align supplier performance to sustain automated replenishment across the plant.

Qualifications

5+ years of leadership in MRO inventory management or industrial purchasing.
Experience implementing 5S transformations and ERP master setups.
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of Plex ERP is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead Plex registration and Min/Max threshold configuration for MRO items.
Standardize MRO part cataloging and descriptions across shifts.
Direct inventory cycle counting and train team on procedures.
Drive full 5S implementation of MRO storage areas.
Coordinate freight/logistics and supplier alignments.
Support group and cross-plant purchasing optimization.
