Required: 2+ years in related roles, ERP/MRP and Excel experience, strong attention to detail and communication skills. Spanish bilingual is a plus. Salary range $50,000–$55,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, order management, planning, or supply chain coordination.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Excel proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data.
• Excellent communication and coordination across departments.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain customer orders and forecasts in the ERP system.
• Support planning, subcontracting, and on-time deliveries with SHIPPING.
• Monitor demand changes and notify Procurement, Materials, and Production.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to maintain schedule integrity.
• Escalate delivery risks and changes to management when needed.
