Collins Aerospace is seeking a data engineering professional to own Production Master Data objects, ensuring integrity and governance across SAP master data. You will configure SAP, apply mass update tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement reliable data solutions.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement at one of Collins major facilities, with exposure to ETL/ELT, cloud platforms, and data security practices essential for aerospace data environments.

Qualifications

• University degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to program data.
• Experience with Production Master Data objects (MM, BOM, DIR, routings, and EHS).
• Proficiency in Excel and Access; SAP transactions LSMW, CEWB, CG02, MM17.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data security.

Responsibilities

• Own Collins Aerospace PMD objects and ensure data integrity.
• Perform configuration management and release engineering tasks.
• Analyze processes to identify system updates or new solutions.
• Configure SAP and update master data with mass tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet governance rules.
• Develop reusable data patterns, automation, and governance-aligned frameworks.
• Support production data systems with data lineage and access auditability.
