Job summary

Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Company is seeking an Operations Analyst to help manage ERP and related systems under the CFO and Director of Finance. You will partner with user groups and IT to identify enhancements, improve configuration, and strengthen data integrity across our growing manufacturing operation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, systems management, or related field.
• ERP experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, data science, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and manufacturing processes is helpful.
• Background in business administration, project management, or related field beneficial.
• Knowledge of ERP development tools, coding languages, and business processes is a plus.
• Advanced Excel capabilities; data modeling required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day ERP management with third-party ERP provider.
• Manage sales, inventory, and operational reporting for data accuracy.
• Coordinate IT needs and work with third-party IT partners.
• Support manufacturing modules: sales, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, production.
• Automate repetitive processes and stay current on emerging AI applications.
