Job summary

Freshpack, a cheese packaging company, seeks an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure accurate ERP entries, reconcile inventory, and drive process improvements. You will work across Operations, Warehouse, Procurement, Customer Service, and Finance to maintain precise records.

The role emphasizes data validation, discrepancy investigations, and continuous improvement on the production floor within a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inventory control, manufacturing, data analysis, logistics, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter production consumption, quantities, and inventory transactions into the ERP system.
• Review production docs for accuracy and resolve missing/inaccurate data.
• Reconcile inventory transactions and investigate discrepancies.
• Perform cycle counts and process adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain inventory accuracy.
