Job summary

OFS is seeking a technically skilled Supply Plant Engineer to manage engineering data and provide on-the-floor manufacturing support. The role focuses on maintaining data accuracy for BOMs and routings within the ERP system, ensuring alignment with real-world assembly.

You will audit data quality, implement automation projects, and collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and analytical with a technical mindset.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Experience or familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP or similar).
• Strong communication skills to collaborate across office and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, audit, and maintain engineering data such as BOMs and routings in the ERP system.
• Ensure data reflects real-world manufacturing practices and close gaps between docs and production.
• Verify data standards are met and drive continuous improvement.
• Implement data automation and improvement projects.
• Collaborate on cross-departmental initiatives for continuous improvement.
