Job summary

H Mart is seeking a detail-oriented MDM Data Integration Specialist to bridge our order management systems with field operations, ensuring seamless ERP data flow across stores and regional networks. You will manage customer and store order integration, resolve data discrepancies, and collaborate with buying, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

Work hours are 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• BA or higher in business/commerce related field.
• 3-5 years of administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of orders.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process daily store and inter-company orders in the ERP system.
• Verify order details (item, quantity, pricing, ship-to, delivery date) and confirm inventory availability.
• Coordinate with Buying, Warehouse, and Transportation to resolve order exceptions.
