Job summary

ETS-Lindgren is seeking a Processing Clerk to join our Cedar Park, TX team. You will inspect incoming customer equipment, verify quantities, and ensure ERP data accuracy for service requests.

You will collaborate with engineering, customer service, sales, project management, quality, and manufacturing to resolve issues, keep a clean workspace, and support Field Service with shipping and receiving equipment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and log incoming customer equipment for damage, document issues, and verify the quantity and quality of incoming Service Request Orders
• Ensure all data is processed in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide technical assistance and support to related products
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, customer service, sales, project management, quality, and manufacturing to resolve customer issues
• Accurately enter customer requests into the company's ERP system database, ensuring proper recording, documentation, and closure
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment and comply with all organizational policies and procedures
• Support Field Service personnel with shipping and receiving equipment
