Job summary

gategroup is seeking an ERP Data Management Coordinator to join our Denver unit. This role focuses on BOM/ERP data accuracy, supporting the MRP process, and coordinating purchasing activities within the Materials Management Module.

You will bridge gaps between purchasing and production to keep the ERP system aligned with real-time needs. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in a purchasing environment, strong Excel skills, and a solid understanding of BOM/ERP data management.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience in a purchasing environment.
• Experience with a Bill of Material system ERP data management experience a Plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the materials substitution checking process.
• Generates daily exception reports (MF47) and updates the system after scrubbing.
• Acts as Unit’s point of contact for all master data changes and vendor requests; submits changes.
• Coordinates ERP related physical inventory activities and month-end activities.
• Submits ERP User ID request to unit controller for approval.
• Creates buyer IOR worksheets and reviews purchase price variances weekly.
• Cross trains other unit employees on ERP related purchasing functions.
• Assists Unit Buyer with related purchasing tasks as assigned.
• Ensures weekly forecast runs and data accuracy (flight schedule/menu cycles).
• Assists ERP receiver with daily entry of materials transfers in ERP.
• Submits ROH Material Requests for new/extended materials.
