The Business Technology Consultant role focuses on leading complex initiatives, planning, and execution with client leadership and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, science, engineering or a relatable discipline.Advanced degrees are a plus
• 3+ years of experience implementing complex, enterprise business technology initiatives or transformations related to enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, QMS, WMS, SCM, PLM, PPM and/or HRIS
• Some experience as a project manager
• Knowledge and application of a disciplined project management process (Six Sigma and PMP certifications are a plus)
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with a broad spectrum of audiences at all organizational levels
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new situations and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Leading of complex enterprise business technology initiatives or transformation
• Leading of business process assessments and/or continuous improvement efforts related to enterprise systems
• Development and drive of integrated project strategy and plans, aligning project tactics with project strategy
• Management of projects within established scope, schedule and budget while exceeding IPM project management standards
• Development and documentation of high-level strategies for accomplishing specific project objectives
