Job summary

As a Business Technology Consultant, you will partner with client leadership to drive project strategy, planning and execution, leveraging exposure to diverse engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related discipline; advanced degrees are a plus.
• 6+ years of experience implementing complex enterprise business technology initiatives or transformations (ERP/CRM/QMS/WMS/SCM/PLM/PPM/HRIS).
• 2+ years of experience as a project manager.
• Knowledge of disciplined project management processes; Six Sigma and PMP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise business technology initiatives or transformations.
• Lead business process assessments and continuous improvement efforts related to enterprise systems.
• Develop and drive integrated project strategy and plans aligning tactics with strategy.
• Manage projects within scope, schedule and budget while exceeding IPM standards.
• Develop high‑level strategies for accomplishing project objectives and document them.
• Establish and lead high‑performance project teams as the project advocate within the client organization.
