Job summary

Catalyst Acoustics Group is seeking a hands-on ERP PMO Lead for a multi-brand consolidation onto a common Infor CSI platform. This part-time role governs planning, current-state documentation, stakeholder alignment, and risk/issue management across brands and sites.

You will coordinate data migration, drive UAT gates, and lead organizational change management from implementation through stabilization. Travel up to 50% across U.S. sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing technical or IT projects incl. ERP implementations.
• Experience mapping current state and creating SOPs.
• Strong communication with executives and shop-floor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP consolidation governance, planning, and risk management.
• Coordinate data migration across legacy ERPs into a single platform.
• Drive post-go-live stabilization and user adoption.
