ERP Project Manager - Infor job at PMO Partners. Brookpark, OH.

This position requires onsite travel to Cleveland once a month for kickoff and critical meetings. Location preference is Ohio or a short direct flight to Cleveland.

Our client needs an experienced ERP Project Manager to plan and lead the Infor implementation for all modules except HR/HCM.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and manage the project plan from initiation through delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timeline and milestones are attained
• Identify and mitigate risks
• Communicate project status and dashboards to stakeholders, team members, and senior leadership
• Support the configuration and customization of Infor modules to meet operational needs.
• Facilitate system testing and validation to ensure data integrity and functionality.
• Coordinate and schedule training for end-users on Infor functionalities

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in fields such as Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or any related areas
• 8-10 years Project Management experience leading complex ERP implementations
• Experience implementing Infor Modules - Sales and Service, Asset Management, Distribution, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.
• Strong Vendor, Stakeholder, Risk, and Scope Management
• PMP certification is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Technical proficiency in Infor ERP software functionalities and capabilities, along with an understanding of database management and reporting tools.
