L7Commerce seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager in Los Angeles to lead a large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud implementation. You will own the program from planning through go-live and stabilization, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver on time and within scope.

Responsibilities include governance, risk management, executive reporting, and managing data conversion, integrations, and cutover activities, ensuring a smooth transition to the new ERP system for the business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management experience.
• Proven track record leading large-scale ERP implementations, preferably Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Strong experience managing system integrators and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead ERP program planning, execution, and governance.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, implementation partners, and vendors.
• Drive executive communications, status reporting, and steering committees.
• Oversee testing, data conversion, integrations, cutover, and deployment activities.
