Job summary

Synstack Technologies in Los Angeles seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud implementation. The TPM will own program planning, governance and execution, with responsibility for risk, scope, schedule, and successful go-live and stabilization.

You will coordinate business stakeholders, implementation partners and vendors, drive executive communications, and oversee testing, data conversion, integrations, cutover, and deployment

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management experience.
• Proven track record leading large-scale ERP implementations, preferably Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Strong experience managing system integrators and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP program planning, execution, and governance.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, implementation partners, and vendors.
