Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems integration, technical analysis, or solutions engineering.
• Strong ERP experience (Epicor P21 ideal; SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards acceptable).
• Proficient in SQL; additional scripting in JavaScript is a plus.
• Hands-on Microsoft Azure experience, including resource management and security.

Responsibilities

• Administer and enhance ERP systems focusing on order management, inventory, and finance.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts for data automation and system integration.
• Support and improve connections between e-commerce platforms (Magento preferred) and backend systems.
• Deploy and manage Azure cloud resources with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
• Enforce best practices to safeguard business data and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Work closely with finance, operations, and sales to improve system efficiency and reporting capabilities.
• Resolve system issues, document solutions, and train end users on new features and tools.
