5+ years ERP Cloud Consulting experience (Oracle/Workday/SAP).
Experience in a well-regarded management consultancy in project delivery; sales experience a plus.
Experience leading ERP Cloud workstreams and at least one full life cycle ERP Cloud implementation.

Responsibilities

Oversee engagements, budgeting, scoping and roadmaps to meet timelines and SOW objectives.
Create high‑quality deliverables such as slides, manuals and quantitative models.
Build credibility with client management and set expectations for engagement scope.
Develop hypotheses, problem‑solving techniques and mentor others.
Provide timely feedback and coach project teams; apply AI to client opportunities.
Participate in hiring associates and mentor junior staff.
Support client interviews/workshops and help manage multiple priorities.
