Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or comparable discipline plus four years of relevant experience analyzing business processes and data.
• Minimum 3-year experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database concepts.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders and translate technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity, test changes, and analyze data flows for improvement opportunities and client support.
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, testing and maintenance of the ERP system.
• Apply advanced business analysis to define scope and objectives for complex systems.
• Work across phases of systems analysis and consider business implications of technology.
• Provide technical support for third-party systems and ERP as needed.
• Develop practical reporting tools for business departments.
• Coordinate with vendors and campus partners during lifecycle management.
