Job summary

The City of Philadelphia’s Office of Innovation and Technology (OIT) seeks an experienced IT Trainer to design and deliver training for a major ERP/DW/BI modernization project. You will educate end users on new processes and tools, partnering with the CAO and Finance to support change management and training adoption.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least five years in technical training or change management, and familiarity with ERP/DW/BI solutions, preferably

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five years relevant experience as a technical trainer, change management analyst, or similar role.
Experience with ERP and/or DW/BI solutions strongly preferred.
Experience with Workday ERP preferred.
Ability to manage training across ERP modules.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users covering ERP and supporting systems.
Customize training content by user roles and processes.
Conduct classroom and online training sessions.
