Job summary

Vertiv Co is looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management ERP, Sr. Manager to oversee ERP implementations and drive organizational readiness. This position is based in Westerville, Ohio.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in transformation roles, particularly within manufacturing settings, and showcase strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Continuous travel may be expected for project implementation.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of progressive experience in organizational change and transformation roles.
• 10-12+ years of large-scale ERP-system implementation experience.
• 8-10+ years working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of change strategies aligned to CIO and enterprise transformation.
• Design and implement an ERP OCM framework.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis across plant leadership, supervisors, and employees.
