Job summary

Allen Control Systems is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and IT in a defense manufacturing environment. You will analyze processes, gather requirements, configure and support two ERP systems, ensuring integration across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Program Management, and Contracts.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role in manufacturing/defense.
• Experience supporting two ERP platforms and integrating Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Programs.
• Strong SQL and data-analysis skills with ability to translate requirements into functional specs.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies, change management, and end-user training.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and improve business processes; gather and validate requirements.
• Support configuration, testing, and UAT for two ERP systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT, vendors, and consultants to deliver solutions.
• Create functional specs, workflows, and training materials; train end users.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data extracts; support ERP integrations.
• Ensure changes comply with internal controls and cybersecurity; assist upgrades.
