Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr. Systems Analyst, Enterprise Applications to partner with Finance on SAP FI/CO in a large ERP environment. Remote work eligible in the United States.

You will translate business needs into configuration and specifications, support financial close processes, and drive cross-functional integrations with PP, MM, and SD for stable operations. Qualifications include 8+ years SAP FICO experience, ECC 6.0 and/or S/4HANA Finance, and SAP certification.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Analyst or Consultant.
• Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and/or SAP S/4HANA Finance and Costing.
• SAP FICO or S/4HANA Finance Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of core SAP FI/CO modules.
• Oversee product costing, including standard and actual costing, and inventory valuation using Material Ledger.
• Optimize integration points between FI/CO and PP, MM, and SD.
• Act as the primary contact for the Finance team to gather and document business requirements.
• Provide functional guidance for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and functional designs.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Systems Analyst, Enterprise Applications to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will serve as a key functional partner to Finance, driving the design and support of enterprise accounting systems and processes in a complex, large-scale ERP environment.

The position will focus on SAP Finance and Controlling capabilities, with responsibility for translating business needs into configuration, specifications, and solutions that improve financial operations, costing, and close processes.

It is an important cross-functional role that connects Finance, operations, and technical teams to support stable integrations and effective system enhancements.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $107,500 - $173,075 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of core SAP FI/CO modules

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
• 8+ years of hands‑on experience as an SAP FICO Analyst or Consultant
• Proven configuration experience in SAP ECC 6.0 and/or SAP S/4HANA Finance and Costing
• Solid understanding of US-GAAP and/or IFRS, and corporate tax procedures
• Comfortable navigating ABAP code for troubleshooting and modifications
• Official SAP FICO or S/4HANA Finance Certification required
• Experience with large-scale ERP migrations, carve‑outs, or M&A
