Job summary

Briess Industries is seeking an ERP & Business Process Specialist to support and upgrade our core ERP systems, with focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Aptean Food & Beverage. You will document current processes, design improvements, and implement solutions across multiple business functions at the Chilton, WI site.

The role requires strong ERP experience, process mapping, and ability to drive change management while coordinating with IT leadership and external partners.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in IT, MIS, business, accounting, supply chain or related field.
• Strong proficiency with business systems and Microsoft applications.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with manufacturing ERP, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in food/process manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day ERP contact across Purchasing, Sales, Production, Quality, Planning, Logistics, Finance and Inventory Control.
• Document current processes and design improvements; implement them within the ERP to minimize spreadsheets and manual workarounds.
• Support integrations with CRM, TMS, EAM, Power Platform and approved reporting tools.
• Coordinate upgrades, testing, and end-user training; lead change management to adoption.
• Develop and enforce data governance, controls and audit trails within ERP.
