IT@JH Enterprise Business Solutions is seeking an ERP Business Analyst II. Operating under some oversight, this role will be responsible for the day-to-day activities and tasks associated with supporting designated platform modules, master data elements, and interfaces with external systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP on premise) and other supporting systems. The ERP Business Analyst II handles technical maintenance, including system configuration, coordination with developers for custom program maintenance, and participates in enterprise-wide problem resolution. Configuration duties may include maintenance of standard and custom fields, as well as Johns Hopkins enhancements and configurations. The role serves as a functional system resource for relevant modules, contributing to problem-solving strategies, resolution, and investigation of unique system issues reported through the enterprise Shared Services. It applies knowledge of platform functionality and configuration tools to translate business requirements into functional design specifications, configuration changes, security settings, and reporting options.

Starting Salary Range: $53,800 - $94,400 Annually (depending on experience)
