What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with teams to translate findings into actionable insights through interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations
- Design and implement data warehouse tables or views to support analysis and reporting needs
- Provide insights to decision-makers, creating specifications for reports and analyses that meet business needs
- Offer technical support and subject matter expertise to peers, including code reviews
- Analyze healthcare data and communicate results effectively to various stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence
- 2+ years of experience in data management and manipulation, including strong SQL programming skills
- 1+ years of experience working with healthcare data (e.g., claims, EHR, clinical)
- Intense attention to detail and data quality assurance
- Strong quantitative skills with advanced proficiency in SQL and a BI dashboarding tool (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience mentoring peers through paired programming or peer reviews
- Familiarity with dbt or another data transformation tool (e.g., SSIS, Alteryx)
- Project management experience
- Experience analyzing data and communicating results through data visualizations and dashboards for diverse audiences
- Tableau experience
