Position: ERP Business Analyst II

IT@JH Enterprise Business Solutions is seeking an ERP Business Analyst II. Operating under some oversight, this role is responsible for the support of designated platform modules, master data elements, and interfaces with external systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP on premise). The analyst maintains the application, including system configuration, custom program coordination, and participates in enterprise-wide problem resolution. Configuration duties include standard and custom field maintenance and supporting Johns Hopkins enhancements.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

1. Support daily operations within the platform landscape, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, testing, and proactive monitoring.
2. Maintain system configurations, prioritize and execute maintenance requests, and coordinate testing and deployment.
3. Participate in design discussions, gather requirements, analyze options, and coordinate testing and documentation for enhancements.
4. Support training environments and perform related duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• One year of related experience.
• Additional education may substitute for experience as per JHU guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JHU/JHHS practices, technical solutions in healthcare or academia, and complex system environments.
• Experience with Eightfold, SQL, and reporting tools.

Salary Range: $53,800 - $94,400 (commensurate with experience)
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
