An innovative healthcare organization is seeking a data analyst to enhance decision-making through data analytics and business intelligence applications. This role involves collaborating with various analytic teams, ensuring effective data collection and reporting, and participating in the design of business intelligence solutions. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in data analytics, with at least three years of experience in healthcare. Position Summary:
Works under the supervision of a Data Trust Analytic Team Leader or other data governance or analytic leadership appropriate for the scope of work. This supervision may be through a matrixed or direct reporting structure. This role is responsible for data analytics and additional support of performance measures, ongoing measurement, data collection, reporting, data visualizations, and information dissemination. Responsible for participating in the strategic design and maintenance of business intelligence applications. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
Ensures that the use of business intelligence applications enhances clinical & business decision-making capabilities. Gains exposure to complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Collaborates with other analytic teams as directed.
Education:
Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Healthcare, or equivalent preferred.
Required Licensure Certification, etc.
EDW internal certification required within 6 months.
Work Experience:
Requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience in healthcare, including at least 2 years in data analytics.
Salary Range:
Minimum $30.08/hour - Maximum $52.65/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and the scope of the role.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls prior to any formal offer.
