Remote: From Maryland, Virginia, Washington, DC, Pennsylvania, Delaware, or Florida
Works under the supervision of a Data Trust Analytic Team Leader or other data governance or analytic leadership appropriate for the scope of work. This supervision may be through a matrixed or direct reporting structure. This role is responsible for data analytics, supporting performance measures, ongoing measurement, data collection, reporting, data visualizations, and information dissemination. Participates in the strategic design and maintenance of business intelligence applications. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
Ensures that the use of business intelligence applications enhances clinical and business decision-making capabilities. Gains exposure to complex tasks within the job function and collaborates with other analytic teams as directed.
Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Healthcare, or an equivalent field preferred.
EDW internal certification required within 6 months.
Requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience in healthcare, including at least 2 years in data analytics.
Minimum $30.08/hour - Maximum $52.65/hour. Compensation will be based on equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. If the range shows as $0, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening.
