The ERP Business Systems Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in Henderson, NV. The analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements for ERP-related initiatives and enhancements. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business processes, translating requirements into functional specifications, and collaborating with technical teams to design and implement system solutions. The role will involve configuring ERP modules, supporting testing and quality assurance, troubleshooting system issues, and providing user training and documentation. The analyst will also help optimize workflows, improve data integrity, and ensure ERP solutions align with organizational goals and best practices.
We're looking for an experienced ERP Business Systems Analyst to represent the IT organization in a major SAP-to-Oracle Cloud transformation. This is a high-visibility opportunity to be part of an ERP transformation team and work directly with ERP leadership, IT, business stakeholders, other departments, and a major Oracle consulting partner. You'll be the person who connects the dots between the business and technology - understanding business needs, asking the right questions, identifying gaps, challenging assumptions, and helping ensure the organization gets the right solution. The consulting partner will handle much of the deep technical Oracle implementation work. Your role will be to represent IT, provide technical and functional insight, and help ensure the solutions being developed actually work for the organization.
We're not looking for someone who simply takes requirements and passes them along.
We want someone who will dig into problems, ask "why," connect business processes to technology, and recognize when there's a better way to do something.
As part of an IT / ERP transformation team, you'll have a real opportunity to influence how the organization approaches this major technology initiative. You'll work alongside an experienced Oracle consulting partner, but you'll be the IT voice making sure the solutions being delivered make sense for the business.
If you're ERP-savvy, technically curious, business-minded, and enjoy solving problems, this could be an outstanding opportunity to make a real impact.
