Job summary

Pan-Oston in Bowling Green, KY seeks a Manufacturing Systems Specialist to translate engineering drawings into accurate BOMs and routings inside our ERP/MRP system, guiding shop orders and cost data.

You will collaborate with design, purchasing, and production teams to ensure all information supports efficient manufacturing and accurate material planning. Strong attention to detail and ERP knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Print reading and interpretation.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Highly Motivated, Goal Oriented, Self-Starter.
• Excellent Organizational Skills.
• Experience with data entry (10-key a plus).
• Basic MRP/ERP understanding.

Responsibilities

• Translate engineering documents and CAD geometry into BOM and routing structures within the ERP/MRP system.
• Ensure information generated shop orders and standard cost for all manufactured products.
• Interpret drawings and apply engineering standards to create BOM and routings in the MRP/ERP system.
• Communicate with design, programming, purchasing, customer service, sales, manufacturing, engineering and scheduling.
