Job summary

The Arizona Department of Administration seeks an innovative ERP Technical Analyst to lead hands-on technical execution, data integration, and automation for CGI Advantage HRM and Financial systems. You will write SQL, manage ETL, and build automations with n8n, while leveraging AI tools to streamline pipelines.

Ideal candidates will pair strong database/ETL skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and translate requirements into precise specs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CIS/CS/IT or related field with 3–5 years of hands-on SQL/ETL experience.
• Experience with CGI Advantage 4.0 HRM/Financial systems or similar ERPs.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical specs and tests.

Responsibilities

• Write complex SQL queries and maintain ETL pipelines for data integrity.
• Lead troubleshooting and maintenance of CGI Advantage 4.0 HRM/Financial systems.
• Design enterprise workflow automations using n8n and API integrations.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, diagrams, and tests.
• Support patches, schema changes, and production deployments with minimal downtime.
