Job summary

The State of Arizona, through its Arizona Department of Administration, is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to oversee data engineering, analytics modernization, and reporting for core state systems. You will manage CGI Advantage ERP data flows to Snowflake and oversee analytics for AZLearns, driven by Power BI dashboards.

Leading an experienced BI team, you will establish an enterprise BI CoE, drive data literacy, and ensure secure, auditable reporting across agencies while aligning with

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Analytics and BI.
• Minimum of 3 years leading enterprise‑level BI programs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Public Administration, MIS, CS, IS, Business Management, or related field.
• Experience with enterprise data governance, security, and cloud data lakes.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise BI program and capacity building for BI team.
• Define and execute long‑term enterprise BI roadmap and reporting strategy.
• Standardize KPIs across state agencies and develop auditable reporting templates.
• Collaborate with agencies and leadership to translate data insights into executive briefings.
