Job summary

The Arizona Department of Administration, Enterprise Resource Division, seeks a Senior Applications Developer to lead the development, deployment, and optimization of enterprise interfaces and RPA workflows. You will guide end-to-end projects, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality solutions across the AZ360 suite.

Expect autonomous technical leadership, involvement in architecture, and collaboration with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Background check and fingerprinting per state requirements.
• Pre-Employment E-Verify is required.
• Experience leading enterprise integration projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment of enterprise interfaces and RPAs.
• Direct and manage the Integration team’s workload and performance evaluations.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to development standards.
