Prosume Enterprise, Inc.??? Prosum is seeking an Enterprise Application Support Analyst to provide day-to-day support for our ERP environment and other enterprise systems in Redondo Beach, CA. The role collaborates with business users, IT teams, and vendors to troubleshoot issues and drive improvements.

This contract position spans 6 to 12 months with potential conversion to full-time. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of ERP support experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications.
• Hands-on ERP application support experience is required.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for the ERP and other enterprise applications.
• Partner with business users to understand issues, requirements, and opportunities for improvement.
• Investigate application problems, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing, integrations, and implementations.
• Manage application incidents, service requests, documentation, and vendor relationships.
• Assist with reporting, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
