Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical owner and strategic leader for the company's ERP and business applications environment.
• Develop, customize, and maintain ERP solutions, focusing on NetSuite customization and administration.
• Develop and maintain NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), Suitelets, User Event Scripts, Client Scripts, Scheduled Scripts, and other NetSuite development tools.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation, system enhancements, and process improvements.
• Manage integrations between ERP systems and third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide ongoing support for business-critical applications.
• Lead technology initiatives, system upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
• Provide guidance and mentorship while remaining hands-on with development and technical problem-solving.

Salary: Up to $140,000-$150,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Overview

The successful candidate will combine technical development expertise with business systems knowledge, partnering with internal teams to improve processes, develop integrations, and maximize the value of the company's ERP platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience leading IT initiatives or managing business applications is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• NetSuite ERP administration or development experience.
• Experience building custom ERP functionality from business requirements.
• Experience with APIs, web services, and system integrations.
• Background supporting finance, operations, manufacturing, distribution, or other ERP-driven environments.
• Experience managing vendors and third-party technology partners.
• Competitive base salary up to $140,000-$150,000 depending on experience.
