The ideal candidate brings deep NetSuite expertise across record-to-report, order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay, plan‑to‑deliver, field service management, integrations, and automation, with a strong focus on system stability, scalability, audit readiness, and end‑user effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
NetSuite Development & Configuration
  • Design, develop, and maintain NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript (2.x preferred), SuiteFlow workflows, and SuiteCloud technologies.
  • Configure and support custom records, forms, fields, roles, permissions, dashboards, KPIs, and SuiteAnalytics reporting.
  • Develop advanced approval routing, operational workflows, and automations to support Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Build and maintain advanced PDFs, saved searches, and role‑based dashboards to support business and compliance needs.
ERP & Application Management
  • Own the end‑to‑end NetSuite application lifecycle, including upgrades, release testing, patches, environment refreshes, and feature deployments.
  • Ensure system performance, reliability, data integrity, and security controls are maintained.
  • Apply SDLC, change management, and validation practices appropriate for healthcare / GxP environments.
Integrations & Middleware
  • Design and support integrations using SuiteTalk (REST Services) and middleware platforms such as Celigo, Dell Boomi, Workato, or API‑based tools.
  • Support integrations with third‑party platforms including Salesforce, expense management tools (Ramp, Concur), tax engines (OneSource), banks, and payment gateways.
  • Troubleshoot integration failures, performance issues, and data synchronization challenges
Vendor Management
  • Serve as the primary liaison with Oracle NetSuite and third‑party vendors for support, licensing, and enhancements.
  • Coordinate vendor activities related to upgrades, integrations, and issue resolution.
  • Evaluate third‑party solutions and manage vendor relationships in collaboration with Procurement and IT leadership.
  • Partner with the functional areas, such as; Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Care, Field Service, Quality, Compliance, and others, to gather requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support, root‑cause analysis, and guidance to business users.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, integrations, validation artifacts, and audit readiness.
  • Support training and enablement for end users and system owners.

  • Deep understanding of ERP financial and operational processes (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Revenue).
  • Experience managing NetSuite upgrades, production support, and cross‑functional enhancements.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred
  • Experience supporting healthcare, life sciences, or other GxP‑regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with validation, audit readiness, access controls, and change management.
  • NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer).
  • Experience with Celigo, Dell Boomi, or similar integration platforms.
  • Experience with Expense Management tools (Ramp, Concur), serialization, and planning/budgeting solutions.
