Job summary

SC&H Group’s Technology Advisory is seeking a Staff or Senior Consultant to help clients achieve their goals in applications across industries such as manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and more. You will collaborate with a team and assist the client manager in designing and delivering technology and process solutions, including process re‑engineering, gap analysis, and requirements definition.

You will engage with business leaders and end users, leading discussions when needed and adapting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of business process experience; participating in requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders, documenting business processes, prioritizing requirements, etc.
• A background as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, in an Agile environment, or on a development team.
• Experience in application development or implementations in Manufacturing, Distribution, Non‑Profit or Services industries; Finance/Accounting, HRIS, CRM, ERP, and E‑commerce applications; data/process integrations.
• Some accounting experience/understanding is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a learning and ever‑changing environment. Creative and resourceful, self‑starter in fast-paced settings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; take direction and work independently; strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ processes, document current and future state workflows, define requirements, and propose solutions that support key business processes.
• Guide clients in identifying, evaluating, and selecting software as needed.
• Assist clients through software implementations by coordinating with internal and external resources, and documenting the designed solution.
• Create and implement change management plans, including testing plans, data migration, and end-user training.
• Support go-live and ensure solutions meet client business requirements.”
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, system architects, and subject matter experts to manage changes and meet goals.
• Work with ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other application solutions.
