The role requires 3+ years in ERP environments (Agility, Epicor, Infor, P21, BisTrack), strong problem-solving, and documentation skills. Hybrid/office-based work across Texas with minimal travel is expected.
The Enterprise Applications Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and security of the company's ERP, enterprise applications, and related systems. This position ensures system reliability, provides user support, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and support business goals.
Reports directly to the Enterprise Applications Administrator Supervisor. This position does not have direct reports.
Minimal travel required. Max of 10% at peak times. The Enterprise Applications Administrator may be expected to undertake occasional travel, as necessary, to collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage in professional development, and attend industry events, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational excellence.
