Job summary

Dashiell Corporation, based in Houston, TX, seeks an experienced Enterprise Data Analytics & Automation Specialist to connect ERP systems to scalable analytics platforms across EPC project lifecycles.

You will design Alteryx-powered workflows, KPI frameworks, and executive dashboards for Operations, Project Management, Finance, and Commercial teams, enabling real-time visibility and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise analytics, ERP integration, or data engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server administration.
• Strong SQL skills with Oracle, SQL Server, and IBM iSeries.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Azure cloud analytics platforms.
• Deep ERP system expertise including Salesforce, SharePoint, and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver ERP-integrated analytics solutions across project execution, cost tracking, and decision-making.
• Support EPC project launches, bids, and capital programs through data modeling and variance reporting.
• Develop and maintain KPI frameworks and dashboards in Power BI and Alteryx.
• Create enterprise data pipelines integrating ERP, Salesforce, Azure Synapse, and SharePoint.
• Own data governance, QA, and provisioning across Alteryx Server and related platforms.
