Job summary

D&H Distributing Co. seeks an Analytics Engineer - Enterprise Analytics to design, develop, and govern SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards and planning models within the Data Science & Insights Department. You'll align SAC solutions with enterprise data standards and semantic models, while ensuring security and scalability.

You will partner with Analytics Systems Lead to optimize performance, data connectivity, and governance across enterprise datasets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance Systems, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in analytics engineering, BI development, or enterprise reporting.
• Hands-on experience developing in SAP Analytics Cloud (Stories, Models, Planning, or Applications).
• Experience integrating SAC with SAP Datasphere or other SAP data sources preferred.
• Strong data modeling concepts and semantic layer knowledge; SQL and relational data concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards, stories, and analytic apps in SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Develop SAC data models aligned to enterprise datasets and semantic standards.
• Support planning and performance management use cases where applicable.
• Implement role-based access controls and security models.
• Collaborate with SAP BDC/Datasphere and Data Engineering for data connectivity.
• Optimize SAC performance, data refresh strategies, and model efficiency.
• Support transport, lifecycle management, and content deployment processes.
• Contribute to documentation, standards, and best practices for SAC development.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and participate in platform support.
