Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead the Enterprise Data Strategy and Governance (EDSG) program. You will manage cross-functional teams through design, development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of data-based Flowserve solutions across ERP/CRM ecosystems.

You will drive governance, risk management, budgets, and stakeholder alignment while delivering analytics dashboards and progressive data layers in a medallion architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required in business/IT/analytics or related field.
• 5–7 years in project management, data analytics or process design across logistics, supply chain, IT or manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead EDSG implementations and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver IT and business solutions.
• Manage risks, budgets, and stakeholder expectations across delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure alignment with IT standards and governance across projects.
• Supervise project team members and contractors, driving accountability for work.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for data-driven decision making.
• Coordinate data extraction, harmonization, and publishing methods with business stakeholders.
