Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Manager, ERP AI Engineering to lead the deployment of AI-enabled ERP capabilities across SAP S/4HANA and connected platforms. You will translate business requirements into scalable, secure solutions using SAP Business AI, Joule, AI agents, and governance frameworks.

You will lead global engineering teams, drive release readiness, and ensure production stability with measurable operational improvements across PTP, OTC, DTC, and FICO processes.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of SAP technology experience with S/4HANA and enterprise automation.
• Deep expertise in SAP Business AI, Joule, SAP AI Core, SAP BTP, Integration Suite, RAG and AI Agents.
• Proven experience designing, deploying, and supporting AI-enabled SAP solutions and agent-driven processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and support of AI-enabled SAP automation across S/4HANA and connected platforms.
• Architect scalable solutions with governance, human-in-the-loop controls, and autonomous execution capabilities.
• Ensure security, privacy, SOX compliance, and enterprise governance standards.
