North 40 Outfitters is seeking an ERP Administrator to join our Home Office team in Great Falls, MT. You will act as the bridge between business operations and technology, optimizing D365 F&O across stores, distribution centers, and supply chains to improve efficiency and customer service.

The role requires hands-on experience with D365 F&O, strong process improvement skills, and the ability to collaborate with store leadership, IT partners, and distribution teams.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of retail operations, distribution, inventory management, supply chain, or warehouse processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) in retail settings.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and supporting system enhancements.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with IT and business stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Serve as key connection between business operations and technology teams to optimize systems and processes.
• Support D365 F&O to improve operational efficiency across stores, distribution centers, and supply chain.
• Gather requirements, analyze workflows, and contribute to system enhancements and UAT.
• Provide end-user training and documentation for new functionality.
