Salem College in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an ERP Administrator to manage the Ellucian Colleague platform, including configuration, security, reporting, integrations, and post-go-live operations. The role supports ERP implementation projects and ongoing optimization across college offices.
You will develop reports and dashboards, run data extracts, coordinate with Ellucian and vendors, and support enterprise applications and BI initiatives.

This position serves as the College’s primary administrator for the Ellucian Colleague ERP platform. The ERP Administrator leads day-to-day administration, configuration, security, reporting, integrations, and operational support of the ERP throughout implementation and post-go-live operations. In keeping with the needs of a small private college, the role also supports enterprise applications, business intelligence, automation, and strategic technology initiatives outside the ERP ecosystem. This is an on-site position in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Occasional evening or weekend work may be required during ERP upgrades, implementations, and critical maintenance windows.
While performing the responsibilities of the ERP Administrator (Ellucian Colleague), the employee is required to sit for varying lengths of time; bend, reach, lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds; routinely stand, walk, and kneel and regularly ascend/descend stairs; use hands and fingers to handle or feel and manipulate keys on a keyboard; perform extended periods of work at a computer workstation, view a computer monitor; perceive sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction, and receive detailed information through oral communication; express and exchange ideas by means of spoken word; and work in an office setting. Must be able to travel with students and staff throughout the campus.
